Having officially become an association last April, ABNORMAL GATE is taking a new step with the organization of its first association evening, which will be held on Thursday, December 11 at Sample, an emblematic cultural venue on the Ile-de-France scene.

Born from a shared desire to create a techno space that is demanding, inclusive and open to artistic collaboration, the collective is committed to defending three essential values: musical quality (through ab:gate), the representation of women in the nightlife scene, and dialogue between the arts.

ABNORMAL GATE thus positions itself as an engaged player in the Parisian electronic scene, where the party also becomes a field for experimentation and collective expression.

For this first edition of ABNORMAL GATE, the decks will be in the hands of LAMASTE and KZXK, residents of the ab:gate collective, accompanied by their guests OISEAUX DE NUIT(S). Opening the evening, a mixing workshop reserved for FLINTA members, led by LAMASTE, will offer an introduction to using a mixing deck, in a spirit of sharing and passing on knowledge.

Alongside the musical program, photographer Gaël Darlet will present his exhibition "On the Silk Road," a collection of film photographs taken during his travels in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Through his sensitive and contemplative eye, he invites viewers to a visual exploration of the textures, colors, and encounters that mark this journey.
