« Agir contre les discriminations » : comprendre, témoigner et construire une société plus inclusive avec Ugop Radio

Taking action against discrimination: understanding, bearing witness, and building a more inclusive society

How can we recognize discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity? What measures can be taken to prevent it and promote equal rights?

For this third meeting of the series "Our prides have a voice" , organised as part of the Pride Festival 2026, UGOP Radio gives the floor to personalities involved in research, associative initiatives and raising awareness through culture.

Hosted by Salima Drider , artistic director of the UGOP association, this filmed radio program will bring together:

• Catherine Le Grand-Sébille , a socio-anthropologist of health and honorary university lecturer, will bring her perspective on discrimination and its social consequences.
• Hal Evain , representative of the Lesbian Housing Front, will present the challenges of inclusion and access to suitable living spaces.
• Séverine Roinssard , founder of the Crok Ciné association, will discuss the contribution of cinema and media literacy to raising awareness.

This round table will address the different forms of discrimination, their consequences on the people concerned, the resources available to associations and the initiatives that can change behaviors.

A time for reflection and discussion to better understand discrimination, to value grassroots commitments and to identify concrete courses of action.

The show will be recorded and filmed in front of an audience, then promoted on UGOP Radio's digital platforms.
