Bold, free, or unexpected, the creations of trans artists and writers reveal a quest for imagination and freedom, whatever their form. By drawing on reality to embody the complexity of gender, they celebrate, without hiding existing obstacles, the abundance of possibilities. Do the windows opened by trans artists challenge, beyond codes, our collective imagination?

Moderated by Romarin Arnaud , PhD candidate in comparative literature and lecturer at Sorbonne Paris Nord University. His research focuses on representations of trans identity in contemporary novels for young adults.
