→ 12:00 PM
Front Runners de Paris
Parc des Buttes Chaumont
Place Armand-Carrel - Paris

Organised by the "Front Runners de Paris", an LGBTQIA+ and friendly running association in the Paris region, the Valentine's Day race returns for its 27th year!! It has been an iconic event in the life of the 19th arrondissement since 2000.

As a sporting event, the Valentine's Day race also aims to show that running is a fun and accessible sport for everyone. This race will include two events: a 10km individual race and a 5km duo race (you run together from the start line to the finish line).

For those who would like to run as a pair but don't have a partner, the Front Runners of Paris have the solution thanks to Operation Cupid! They simply need to register by clicking on 5 km Cupid and the organizers will introduce them to their running partner on race day.

The 10km race consists of four loops and the 5km race of two loops within the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. The race starts at 10:00 AM. The Front Runners also invite participants to take part in a charity raffle, with all proceeds going to a partner organization working to support LGBTQ+ causes or people in need.

Participation in the 10km Valentine's Day race qualifies for the Parisian 10km Challenge of the Departmental Athletics Committee (FFA) in agreement with the city of Paris.

New for the 2023 edition: the race allows non-binary people to register as such. Non-binary podiums will be integrated into the event protocols. Transgender people are welcome at the event: the gender you declare during registration is the one you identify with.
