Festival Everybody, 5e édition
→ Sunday, February 22, 10:00 PM
4 Rue Eugène Spuller - Paris
What is the place of the body in our contemporary societies? Everybody aims to introduce artists, both well-known and lesser-known, who are united by their commitment to these questions of multiple bodies.
For five days, the festival presents artistic works that place the representation of the body at the heart of their projects. What perspectives do the artists offer on stereotypes related to gender, skin color, age, and disability in our society? In the current context, how do they address the question of identity and difference? The necessity of this event, both audacious and serious, is undeniable, and its development is a natural progression.
Three formats, three venues, three atmospheres… The intimate Studio de Flore, the vast Halle, a comfortable performance space—all offer a unique way to immerse oneself in a weighty subject: the body in all its forms. From the most high-performing to the most unusual, the physical body, or rather its perception, reveals much about the social and political body that shapes our perspectives. Embarking on the Everybody festival adventure guarantees a vibrant experience of diverse aesthetics, multiple and international viewpoints, and unique paths between hybrid and surprising forms, leaving you strengthened by a sharpened understanding of diversity.
The program includes: shows and performances, workshops and dance classes, contemporary art installations…
