This month, a beer specially designed for the spoiled: the GALLIA POIRE TOUTATIS.
A pear and pastis sour beer! A sour beer that reveals a bold marriage between the sweetness of pear and the aniseed freshness of pastis. A surprising combination where the lively acidity highlights the aromatic finesse of the fruit and spices.

Free tasting of Gallia Poire Toutatis – our star beer of the month with a floral, aniseed and fruity nose, which is also found on the palate with the roundness of the pear.
Free tasting of the Gallia Pina Coqado – a pineapple coconut sour, reminiscent of the taste markers of the cocktail of the (almost) same name.

In the kitchen too, it feels like the south, with a menu 100% inspired by our southern friends.
We're revisiting the Pissaladière, with a similar sandwich, including an anchovy-free option! And of course, we couldn't leave out Gallia's special homemade tapenade! And for the purists, there might even be some pistou soup...

- 10pm-11:45pm: DJ set by Fenouil2000, our dear programmer who is honoring us with a very special DJ set. Because we couldn't release a new pastis beer without having FENOUIL2000 on the decks (get it?).
