Let's unite our struggles!

We invite you to join us on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Merci·Marsha , for a roundtable discussion addressing the barriers to accessing menstrual health care, linked to discrimination that can be experienced by disabled, racialized, and queer menstruating people.

This roundtable promotes the convergence of our struggles for menstrual and reproductive rights, and the importance of including ALL those concerned, while respecting their specific needs. We will particularly address the autonomy of people whose bodies are considered outside social norms (menstruating bodies, racialized bodies, disabled bodies, trans bodies, etc.).

This is not a women-only event; everyone who is interested, menstruating or not, menopausal or not, is welcome.

We can't wait to see you there!

The speakers:

Lydie Raër , disability rights activist for the association Les Dévalideuses.

Anaïs Alachede , sexologist and author of the thesis Impact of Afro-descendant women's cultures on their emotional and sexual lives (2025).

Niena Rodrigues-Ribeiro Bonnefoy , in charge of menstrual education and inclusion for the association Règles Élémentaires .
