Here is our latest North African queer party at La Flèche d'Or. The zwimlates (the fags in Arabic) and their friends (all the TPGs) invite you to come dance, eat (Tajine!), and celebrate. It's the culmination of a desire among queer migrants from North Africa to offer a space for gathering and celebration, a festive moment among chosen families. Conceived as a convergence of stories and personal experiences for all queer realities—Amazigh, Arab, exiled, or racialized—this solidarity event is also particularly aimed at isolated or vulnerable queer people unable to return home. This party remains political, and we, the queers of North Africa, fight against all forms of anti-Black racism, Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, misogyny, and all forms of systemic domination and oppression.
